Does C programming knowledge required for learning C# programming or one can directly Learn C#

One can directly learn C# but it would be more difficult because C is the basis of C#.

I am a C/C++ professional programmer and now I want to program under AMP(Apache , MySQL and PHP)

D & C question?
Does anyone know if NOT having a D%26amp;C after a miscarriage can lead to temporary infertility? I have had 2 miscarriages and no D%26amp;C and since the last miscarriage (Last October) I have not been able to get pregnant. My Aunt had a miscarriage a long time ago and she was TTC for 5 years after that with no luck, then her doctor did a D%26amp;C (5 years after the miscarriage) and she got pregnant the next month!! Now she has 6 children. I was just wondering if any of you had heard anything about this? Because I am thinking about talking to my doctor about getting a D%26amp;C but I have read a lot of articles about how scar tissue can occur after one and cause infertility......please help!

D%26amp;Cs aren't the standard of care for miscarriages in most of the world. Most of the world uses "wait-and-see" and only does a D%26amp;C if there is infection or excessive bleeding. D%26amp;C can also cause infections as well as prevent them, and as you are aware are not without other risks.
Secondly you haven't even been trying a year, many normal healthy couples take a year to conceive and that is considered normal. If you really think you have a infertility problem it doesn't hurt to be referred to a professional.
D%26amp;Cs are used to treat certain fertility problems that are completely unrelated to miscarriage. I think that it was probably just a coincidence.

I didn't get pregnant right away but I did not try because I was not ready to be a mother in the first place but now I have three very healthy babies. So good luck in your search for the answer.
Reply:Well, when i was 19 i thought that i may have had a miscarriage, because i had all the symp but i had no insurance so i called and talk to planned parent hood, and they said that is what it sounded like, but i wasnt far enough along to do anything about it. A few years later, my sister had a miscarriage and she had a D %26amp; C dont and now she along with me has been ttc for over a year. If you think it is something that should be done i would just talk to your dr it cant hurt and see what they have to say. I wish you luck!

Do you know for sure that you are ovulating? Maybe you should use a Ovulation Predictor Kit and see if you are in fact ovulating. That could help your doctor figure out what is going on with you.

So I just got a new computer and I have already used up 70 gigs of the memory on its C: drive, (mostly because of Vista) but it's ok because I have 500 gigs. Anyway, I was wonderign if anyone knew of a nice software app or program that could show me exactly what takes up the most space on my computer.
Of course, I know I can look into the control panel and see which programs that up the most room, but is there an easy way to look at the entire C: drive? Thanks in advance!
